Before you get to the island
Ferry Stavsnäs - Idöborg

There will be a bus from our cafe, Drop Coffee at Wollmar Yxkullsgatan 10, Mariatorget, in the centre of Stockholm on Friday the 5th of May about 1 pm . And bring you back about 2 pm Sunday.
These times are estimated, and exact times to be confirmed depending on what time the boats are.
The bus will take 45 min to the ferry terminal and the boat journey is 30 minutes. The ferry has hot and cold drinks and toilets and is a really pretty ride.

While you are on the island
Idöborg is a privately owned island of 7 hectares located in the Nämdö archipelago, where we are spending the weekend together. The wedding will be outdoors on Saturday about 3 pm.
We have reserved the whole island of Idöborg for the wedding.
We have everything you need to be covered during the weekend in terms of beds, towels, food, drinks and plenty of laughter… It is an island though without any shops
You will stop in cottages at the island. If you want to enjoy the island fully, low shoes and a warm jumper is advisable.
What to pack

- Rain jacket / Umbrella
Food
All meals are cooked by our friend Emil Grönlund on local, mainly organic ingredients and will be a mix of English and Swedish dishes. All meals are covered and a few food items to keep you comfortable in the cottages.
Dress code: For the Ceromony, semiformal, this is an outfit that is dressier than what you'd wear to an office but not as dressy as a formal evening gown or tuxedo. But keep warm it may be cold.

The start
Friday
1.00 Meet at Drop Coffee, Wollmar Yxkullsgatan 10, 11850 Stockholm.
You will get a little soup and sandwich, coffee and juice.
Please let us know if you are won’t joining the bus in beforehand. And if you don’t come to the café, make sure you have eaten something, dinner is at 6:30 pm.
1.30- 2.45 Bus to Stavsnäs
3.10pm Boat leaves Stavsnäs
3.40pm Arrival Idöborg A glass of bubbles Show you where to stay, plus a schedule for the evening
4.30pm Ceremony rehearsal, includes the bridal train only
4.30-6.30pm Sauna event Towels & shower are available at the sauna. Bring what clothes you are going to wear in the evening.
6.30pm Summer buffé in the White Villa
22.30 End time, or bring some beers to your cottage
Saturday - Wedding day
8-10.00 Breakfast in the large building, White House. Swedish style porridge (heritage grains), lingonberry jam & cold milkBacon n egg sandwiches
9-12 Bridesmaids + mother - getting ready in Ekbacken
10-16.30 The Coffee Station is open, pop by and grab a manual brew again and again throughout the whole wedding day.
10.30-12 Sauna open. Water and towels by the Sauna
12-13 Light lunch in the large building
12.30pm Portraits Groom and groomsmen.
1-1.30pm Portraits of bride and bridesmaids
2pm Ceremony on the landtunga Bring your flower from the cottage to the ceremony please
2.30-2.45 Sill & nubbe
2.45-3.15 Bride and Groom Portrait session
3.15 Bridal toast, Wedding Cake, Guestbook
4.30pm Wedding dinner
8pm Whiskey bar and cigars in the green house
9pm First dance and party
11.30 Vickning / Midnight snack - outside

There isn't one, we just ask for the weekend with you all to celebrate this special day, your time is the most precious gift.
